The Philips bi-level ventilator BiPAP A30 has been designed to combine ease-of-use with technology advancements that adapt to your patient’s condition to deliver enhanced therapy. Based on a familiar platform, it delivers a smooth transition from hospital to home for your chronic insufficiency respiratory patients. Because we know that being at home can work wonders.
BiPAP A30 is compatible with our PSG systems (Alice PDx and Alice6) to provide detailed information on patient ventilation therapy
The compatibility with our oximetry module allows the fine tuning of settings during ventilation set-up
AVAPS hybrid ventilation provides an innovative solution to help stabilize the patient and facilitate the transition from hospital to home
The intuitive, user-friendly interface and low noise level helps integrate into the patient’s home environment supporting improved comfort and compliance
Clinically proven, built-in Auto-TRAK and leak estimation technologies enhance patient and ventilator synchrony
AVAPS delivers the right pressure at the right time so patients’ needs are met whilst comfort is preserved
System One Humidity Control and the unique ‘Dry Box’ design deliver heated humidification with reduced rainout and water ingress for Optimal patient adherence and comfort
Our full data management portfolio allows thorough patient follow-up at home and helps identify when any adjustments are necessary to maintain an efficient treatment:
EncorePro and DirectView software – long and short-term trend reports on ventilation therapy data (up to 72 hr waveforms – DirectView only)
Alice PSG systems – detailed information on patient ventilation combined with PSG signals
Oximetry module connectivity to monitor SpO2 and pulse rate on device screen, and correlate desaturation events with other ventilation data when needed.
The REMstar BiPAP Pro Bi-Flex is a Bi-level device designed for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It can deliver two different positive pressure levels: IPAP (Inspiratory Positive Airway Pressure) and EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure). The system can also be setup as a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) device.
The enhanced System One features a host of innovative technologies and features that improve both the patient and provider/clinician experience. Enhanced design will make the device look less like a medical device and better fit in the patient’s bedroom.
The device features several special features to help make your therapy more comfortable. The optional ramp function allows you to lower the pressure when you are trying to fall asleep. The air pressure will gradually increase until the prescribed pressure is reached.
The Bi-Flex & C-Flex comfort features provide you with pressure relief when you exhale during therapy.
|Reduced sound levels||With the addition of our advanced WhisperSmart technology, designed to make our industry-leading Flex Family of pressure relief technologies operate more quietly, System One is one of the quietest devices on the market when it matters most: when patients are breathing on it.|
|Improved humidity output and control||With improved humidity output, System One offers five patient-selected relative humidity settings to deliver customized comfort while dramatically reducing rainout. In addition, the “classic” mode provides the ability to shut off Humidity Control, if preferred.|
|Mask fit and seal monitoring||With the Mask Fit feature, System One Auto devices give patients the ability to check the seal of their masks in real time and lets them and their clinicians know what leaks may result when pressures increase from baseline throughout the night.|
|Easy night-time viewing||A back-lit screen ensures patients will be able to see System One’s interface even in the dark.|
|Enhanced filtration design||Packaged with each device, a white, ultra-fine filter provides filtration that may enhance comfort without increasing noise or changes in efficacy.|
|System One Resistance Control
|Optimized pressure delivery, no matter which mask is used.
System One Resistance Control achieves complete system comfort by enabling the device and mask to work optimally together. Through simple settings, the technology instructs the device to compensate for variable resistance characteristics related to different masks. The result is synchronous pressure delivery and the assurance patients can enjoy the full benefits of our Flex comfort technologies no matter which Philips Respironics mask is used.
|C-Flex Pressure Relief Technology||C-Flex pressure relief technology makes sleep therapy more comfortable by reducing pressure at the beginning of exhalation and returning to therapeutic pressure just before inhalation. The level of pressure relief varies based on the patient’s expiratory flow and which of the three C-Flex settings has been selected.|
|Bi-Flex Pressure Relief Technology||Bi-Flex pressure relief technology offers pressure relief at inhalation and exhalation to make BiPAP therapy more like natural breathing. By tracking each breath, Bi-Flex pressure relief technology delivers pressure relief at three critical points in the breathing cycle:
